TUTORIAL ACTION PLAN WITH A GENDER PERSPECTIVE.
TO. GENDER PERSPECTIVE ORIENTATION IN THE CLASSROOM
This project is intended to carry out in our center the Tutorial Action Plan with a Gender Perspective. This will be developed jointly with the Guidance department, the teaching staff and the person coordinator responsible for the Equality Plan.
DEVELOPMENT OF THE II STRATEGIC PLAN FOR GENDER EQUALITY IN EDUCATION 2016-2021.
DURING THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR.
Specific actions to integrate the gender perspective in the Center Plan in accordance with the established objectives
1) In the educational project, at least in the following aspects:
In the use of a non-sexist and inclusive language in the documentation of the center, resources and didactic materials, posters of the center, web pages, communication with families, etc.
In didactic programs and pedagogical proposals.
In the Coexistence Plan.
In the Orientation and Tutorial Action Plan.
In the Teacher Training Plan.
In the criteria for establishing student groupings.
In the complementary and extracurricular activities that are scheduled.

For its teaching in the tutorials, the personal and social development of our students will be sought from a gender perspective, emotionally educating and expanding social competence through empathy, conflict resolution, assertiveness and prevention against gender violence. and harassment.
For this, the head of coeducation will make five didactic units that will be taught throughout the three terms to all the students of the center.
The teaching units developed will be:
Equal masculinities. I QUARTER 2 sessions
The Construction of Positive Love. II QUARTER 2 sess.
Responsible Stewardship. II QUARTER 2 sess.
Visibility of women. II / III QUARTER 2 sess.
All loves are the same: LOVE IS LOVE III QUARTER 2 ses.
I TRIMESTER
- EQUAL MASCULINITIES.
It will take place in the first quarter and part of its activities will coincide with the International Day Against Gender Violence, November 25.
Three will be the fundamental objectives that will be sought to achieve:
The prevention of gender-based violence and the harassment that it produces this social scourge
The awareness of the seriousness of the issue, due to its imprint on the adolescence
The importance of ending this serious problem through Equal masculinities. TWO SESSIONS.
At least two sessions will be needed to work on your material. At the same time, This material will serve as support for each group in the center make their own SLOGAN AGAINST GENDER VIOLENCE :

"International Day Against Violence Against Women"
-Institutional act
Due to the protocol that must be adopted in the center due to COVID 19, an institutional act will not be able to be held but a series of actions will be established to the participation of the entire educational community. Will still be saved a minute of silence in the hour before to recess for all the victims of this social scourge. Will be drawn up a manifesto against sexist violence made by the 4th ESO students of the Gender Equality Project, another by the teachers and another by the AMPA, which will be uploaded to the centre's website.
- Slogan against gender violence in each of the centre's courses , condemning this type of violence. They will be displayed at the entrance of the center in order to that can be read by the entire educational community. This activity involves all students and will be carried out with the collaboration of the Equality Plan, Guidance Department, DACE and the tutor teaching staff.
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd ESO will elaborate cardboard, posters against violence gender with the motto: "Denounce violence against women: CHANGE THE WORLD", which will be exhibited in their corresponding classrooms. In collaboration with the Equality Plan, the Department of Guidance and teachers of Social and Gender Changes of 2nd and 3rd of THAT.
- Exhibition of advertising posters LIVING WITHOUT VIOLENCE IS A RIGHT addressed to all courses of the Center against gender violence carried out by students of the Gender Equality Project of 4th grade ESO, coordinated by Mrs. Mercedes Sánchez. This exhibition will be exhibited at the entrance of the center
I II TRIMESTER
- THE CONSTRUCTION OF LOVE IN POSITIVE.
It will take place in the first half of the second trimester.
The objectives pursued to meet this unit will be:
Resignify this date, moving away the concept of love from the commercial idea that we have of it, with the motto: “That is not love. Loving is something else "
Analyze the myths of romantic love and achieve its demystification, distancing the idea of love from concepts such as possession and jealousy, which are the germ of gender violence in adolescence. TWO SESSIONS.
- RESPONSIBLE CORRESPONSIBILITY
It will take place in the second half of the second quarter, coinciding part of its activities with the celebration of the International Women's Day, March 8. TWO SESSIONS.
The objectives to be achieved with this unit will be:
Know what we understand by "Co-responsibility",
Understand the importance of what the equal distribution of domestic and partner tasks entails and in family.
Establish the differences between "helping" and "collaborating"
Work to achieve the reconciliation of family and work life.
- VISIBILITY OF WOMEN
It will take place throughout the second quarter and the beginning of the third, making part of their activities coincide with the celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, February 11 and International Women's Day, March 8. TWO SESSIONS.
The objectives to be achieved with this unit will be:
Make visible the role of women in history.
Celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (February 11)
Locate female references from all curricular areas that are not in the textbooks.
I III QUARTER
- ALL LOVES ARE THE SAME
It will take place in the second half of the third quarter, making part of its activities coincide with the celebration of the International Day Against LGTBIphobia, 17 May and the International Day of Families.
The objectives pursued to meet this unit will be:
Make the LGTBIQ collective visible.
Understand the importance of what it means to respect different sexual orientations.
Establish the differences between Transsexuality and Crossdressing
The right to sexual identity
Family diversity
Finally:
These units will be prepared by the person in charge of the Equality Plan. For any questions, it will be available to the teachers tutor.
After sending them to them, the basic points of the coeducational work will be marked.
They will be presented to the teaching staff in the corresponding meetings hours to be established with the Guidance Department.
The person in charge of the PDI will send them by email or INTRANET in pdf format.
All units will contain audiovisual material, with links to the Internet.
